Don’t let troubles grab your skirt,

Or all the anxieties of the world will gather around you.

Leave before God’s order is carried out;

Before the Angel of Death closes your mouth, drink Love’s sherbet day and night.

It is customary for Love to eat faith like a meal.

Love doesn’t go after bread or the worries of life;

Its table is set beyond day and night.

So what is fasting? An invitation to a secret feast.
